python的取整函数：向上取整，向下取整，四舍五入取整

使用Python一些数据的向上向下取整以及四舍五入操作：

#向上取整
print "math.ceil---"
print "math.ceil(2.3) => ", math.ceil(2.3)
print "math.ceil(2.6) => ", math.ceil(2.6)

#向下取整
print "\nmath.floor---"

#四舍五入
