[08S01] Communications link failure.
今天在连接远程数据库的时候报如下错误：
Connection to xxx_xxxxxx_Development@xxxxxx_xxx.xxx.com [2] failed.
[08S01] Communications link failure.
The last packet sent successfully to the server was 0 milliseconds ago. The driver has not received any packets from the server.

出现问题的原因：
客户端发送了数据包，但是服务器没有返回任何数据，应该是服务器没有开启远程连接，所以才出现这个问题。
