Enable File Watcher to comile SCSS to css
最近在使用webstorm的时候，出现：Enable File Watcher to comile SCSS to css？
出现这个只要提示你将SCSS转换成CSS。
具体操作步骤：
在命令行输入：
npm install -g sass
安装完成之后，在Settings -> Tools -> File Watchers 增加对scss的监视程序，截图如下：
